Wrote and modified Macintosh code in C++, Java and Pascal to create movie showtime advertisements, download showtimes from websites, and maintain ad formatting and creation information.  Documented ad creation and design process, including over 73,000 lines of code in the ad generation application, resulting in both developer documentation and a system overview for non-technical readers. Implemented automated system for management of replacement advertisements to eliminate manual processes for creating replacements, resulting in a 25% reduction in staff hours spent managing replacements, and the elimination of incorrect advertisements being distributed and published.  Provided superior technical support to advertising account representatives, including emergency fixes, new features, and training on existing features.  Selected as Employee of the Quarter, Q2 2003.
