Homework Assignment Week 1

Create a Web email form using all form elements. For example, use text, textarea, checkbox, radio and select. An external style sheet must be used to style the form. The form must have field names of "email" and "from" in order to be processed successfully by the server-side script.

Use "http://www.fcreyes.com/mcis4525/sendMail.cfm" in your action form element attribute.
